CODE OF CONDUCT FOR TEACHING STAFF

Should behave with dignity and a model for the teaching profession. Strictly follow the rules and regulations of the institution. Be responsible and provide positive approach to parents and other stakeholders. Maintain a decent and congenial relationship with fellow teachers. Provide quality education to students. Adopt innovative teaching methodology. Avoid partiality and discrimination against students. Maintain a friendly rapport with the students. Be cautious and supportive to the safety of the students. Extend care and counselling to the students with dedication. Be supportive and act as good facilitators for the students.

CODE OF CONDUCT FOR NON-TEACHING STAFF

Maintain hierarchy in the administration. Report to duty on time Adhere to the rules and regulations of the college. Be in the respective seat and do work with commitment and sincerity during the working hours. Preserve honesty, integrity and fairness in all activities. Must extend positive approach to staff, students and visitors. Should not disclose official secrets, alter or forge official documents and receipts. Must not mishandle or waste college funds. Should not absent from duty without prior permission. Strictly avoid any kind of social or political network. Must keep off Facebook, Watsapp etc. during working hours.

CODE OF CONDUCT FOR STUDENTS

Should come to college in neat, clean formal dress. Casual wears like T-Shirts, Shorts and Jeans should strictly be avoided. No student should loiter during class hours. Should be present in the class room before the second bell in the morning. Students who come early to the college can read Dailies and books in the library without disturbing others. Students are instructed to wish their teachers and friends when they meet them for the first time every day to express their cordiality. Students are asked to maintain strict discipline inside the classroom even in the absence of teachers. Students are expected to stand and wish teachers when they enter the class room and keep standing until they are asked to sit. Late comers should get due permission to enter the classroom. No student is permitted to leave the classroom during class hours. Students are expected to maintain perfect discipline while moving out of the classroom without making any noise or disturbing other classes. At the end of the working hour, students must give way to the teacher to leave the classroom with discipline and in an orderly manner. Students should leave their vehicles only in the parking slot. Students are not permitted to have food in the classroom or in veranda. Should not yell or make noise before the commencement of classes. Should handle the furniture of the college with utmost care. Damage to the furniture will lead to penalty. Should wear identity cards without fail. Must not involve in any political or anti-social activities. Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited. Using of mobile phones inside the college campus is punishable. Visitors are not allowed to meet the students during working hours in the classrooms.
